What is the Service Level Agreement for the Organic Posting Network?
The full Service Level Agreement for OPN is available here.
What are the partner's responsibilities?
As a partner, you're responsible for:
- Delivering a correctly formatted XML feed, matching our required structure
- Delivering at least 10 real jobs in your feed before we can connect it
- Ensuring all jobs in the feed are genuine, not spam or test listings
- Providing as much job information as possible, richer feeds perform better across the network
What are VONQ's responsibilities?
On our side, VONQ is responsible for:
- Connecting your feed to our back-end systems
- Publishing your jobs across the OPN network
- Providing a monthly click data report on request
- Providing a quarterly report of job board errors, with tips to improve your feed's quality
- Reviewing and optimising the mapping of your job data on a monthly basis
- Providing a LinkedIn performance dashboard on request, giving visibility into how your postings are doing on LinkedIn specifically
Could my customers' jobs appear on other free job boards even if not posted via OPN?
Yes, this is possible. Some free aggregators scrape publicly available job advertisements directly from employer websites or other sources, independent of OPN. We can't guarantee a job won't appear on a board through that route.
Does VONQ guarantee any clicks or applicant results?
No, OPN does not come with any guarantee of clicks or applicant volume.
Does VONQ guarantee that postings will be published on all job boards?
No, publication on any individual board isn't guaranteed. Each board applies its own review process and criteria.
Can a partner choose which channels are included in OPN?
No, the channel mix is managed by VONQ and applies across the network.
Can a partner request a job board be added to OPN?
Yes, you're welcome to submit requests, but there's no guarantee a specific board will be added. This depends on technical feasibility, not every board offers an integration path we can build against, and some require the board's own official approval before we're able to connect. If a board can't be added, we'll always let you know why
How does VONQ recommend OPN be offered to a partner's customers?
We strongly recommend giving your customers an on/off toggle for OPN in their own settings. When switched on, all of their jobs are distributed through the network; when switched off, none are.
