How does a partner need to deliver jobs?
Jobs are delivered through an XML feed. We read your feed every hour and automatically push live vacancies out to the 35+ boards in the network relevant to each job's location.
Please review our sample feed, which sets out the mandatory and optional fields VONQ requires to process your feed. The more closely your feed matches our template and taxonomies, the fewer issues you'll see further down the line.
What taxonomies should be used?

What happens if I can't support all fields and values?
This isn't always a problem, it depends on which fields are missing. As a general rule, the fewer fields your feed includes, the lower the chance a job will be accepted and published by boards in the network. We recommend matching our template as closely as possible to maximise acceptance rates.
What does my feed need to support technically?
Your feed must accept a HEAD request. VONQ always sends a HEAD request before a GET request, to check the feed's size in advance and confirm we have sufficient resources available before importing it. Feeds that don't support this may fail to process.
What text formatting is allowed?
Text fields, including job descriptions, must be provided in HTML. Markdown syntax (for example ###, *, -) is not supported and will not render correctly.
What logo formats are allowed?
We accept PNG and JPG formats only.
How does source attribution work?
Source attribution isn't available per individual job board, only at the network level. If you need to track which board a candidate came from, you're responsible for adding source tracking, such as a UTM code, to the application link in your feed.
