In order to better inform our customers about the time it takes for advertisements to go live, VONQ now displays an expected time to process per channel.
This is an average estimate based on our historical data and your campaign may be online sooner than this. We provide an estimate in working days, for example, if a specific channel says 2 days to process and is ordered on Friday, this should be live on Monday.
Next to this, we provide the customer with extra information when a channel may require additional time to go live if it is their first-ever order with that specific channel through your marketplace.
Both time to process & time to set up (first-order) are available through the API.
Ultimately, this will help your customers decide on which channels to order taking into account the urgency and deadlines of the jobs they have.
