It's important to remember that you are reaching an audience that is not generally using this platform to look for jobs via social media advertising. This means that you can’t expect the same results as with standard job boards.
However, with good imagery and text that triggers users interest, you can expect a high amount of traffic (clicks) to your landing page. Typically, users are on mobile devices & prefer not to fill out applications this way.
This will mean users will drop off and come back later to complete the application. Usually, this will lead to an increase in in-direct applications throughout your campaigns.
