HAPI supports many different payment options, some of which you might already have enabled and some you might not, but would like to add. In the event that you want to make more payment methods available for your Users, which VONQ strongly recommends, you will need to reach out to your VONQ Account Manager and request which payment methods you want enabled.
After receiving your request, VONQ will enable the additional payment methods which will be reflected in your platform immediately. VONQ will notify you when this is complete and ask for your confirmation.
The same process is followed as it pertains to adding additional currencies.
The payment methods VONQ supports are the following:
- Direct Charge (Credit Card)
- Direct Charge (ACH/SEPA Direct Debit)
- Purchase Order
- Wallet (pre-loading funds into account)
The currencies VONQ supports are the following:
- USD
- GBP
- EUR
- AUD
