Visibility issues usually happen when you do not have the correct permissions or when your email address is not linked to your company’s Indeed admin account. To fix this, follow these three simple steps, while signed into the company’s Indeed admin account, or an account with adjacent permissions:
Step 1: Hover over the email address until you see the drop-down menu, then select “Users” to review access settings.
Step 2a: Find the email address in the user list, click the three dots on the right, and open the “Edit tab”.
Step 2b: If the desired email address is not found in the list, simply add it using the “Add users” button.
Step 3: Make sure the “Jobs” box is ticked so the user has the correct visibility, and save the changes
