How to set up your Indeed contract
This is a one-time effortless setup to configure your Indeed contract. To enable posting to Indeed by using your own account and budget with Indeed, please follow these steps:
- Fill in the linked form. Do not create the contract yourself
- Our partner VONQ will validate the company information with Indeed
- After validation is complete, you will receive your sourceName over email
- Once you receive your sourceName you can proceed to creating the contract within your ATS
- When creating this contract you will first have to complete an account authentication with Indeed, by pressing the “Initialize authentication” button.
- During this authentication you will be asked to allow VONQ to view and manage your campaigns which is necessary for this contract creation
- After this you may proceed with adding the sourceName
After you create the contract, your connection will be activated, and you can start posting jobs!
PLEASE NOTE: For your jobs to be visible to potential candidates, they must be sponsored in your Indeed company admin portal after being sent from your ATS.
If I had previously set up my Indeed contract, how can I migrate to the new iteration?
Switching from the old contract to the new is straightforward. Your previously obtained sourceName will remain the same; simply remove your old contract and follow the steps to create the new one!
PLEASE NOTE: All users must eventually migrate to the new contract, as support for earlier versions will be gradually phased out.
Will I be able to see the status of my vacancy?
Yes! The new update to Indeed BYOC adds status retrieval. This means your vacancy’s status will be displayed within your ATS.
How to find your jobs inside your Indeed account
In order to find your jobs inside Indeed, you will need to log into your account, open the sidebar menu by hovering over the grey column, and click on the tab labelled “Jobs”, from there you should click on the sub tab labelled "All jobs".
Here you should find the jobs that you sent from your ATS.
PLEASE NOTE: If you look for jobs within the sub menu "Managed on Indeed", only jobs posted manually will be visible. In order to access all jobs, including those posted through VONQ, you will need to search within the "All jobs" tab.
Job Board Link & Clicks
The job board link is not displayed because we only post the job to Indeed. From within Indeed, you can sponsor the job.
Campaign Performance
The Performance of the ad, such as clicks, is shown in your ATS in the campaign overview tab.
