Are you familiar with it?
We have noticed that you are currently using <Broadbean/Vacancyfiller.>
We just recently launched the Job Marketplace. You can now easily purchase job advertisements for your requisitions within the system. You can post to popular sites like LinkedIn,< Add Job Board Name> and, <Add Job Board Name>. In fact, there are 2,500 different sites that you can choose from.
This has a couple of advantages for you:
- You can now buy relevant job boards that you only want to use for specific roles. Eg <Add Niche Job Board for IT roles>, or <Add Niche Job Board for HRroles>
- You can add social media advertising next to your advertising spent on the large generic job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- You can experiment with new job boards and see if they work for you
- You will get the performance data of your advertising efforts through the Job Marketplace directly from within our platform
- You will receive an invoice from us, so you don’t have to deal with multiple invoices and account managers at the different job boards
The Job Marketplace is designed to be quick and easy to post your jobs. You don’t have to re-entry data or cut and paste information. We have mapped fields like job title and job descriptions so you can go straight from creating a requisition to posting it within a few clicks.
I would be more than happy to walk you through this if you have a couple moments.
Objections
Objection 1: Budget - "We don't have the budget for recruitment media right now.
Response - I completely understand budget constraints can be a challenge, but it's important to consider the cost of not using recruitment media. Not reaching qualified candidates can result in longer time-to-hire and increased costs in the long run. Our recruitment media options can help you find the right talent faster and at a more cost-effective rate than traditional hiring methods.
Objection 2: Budget - “We only have a very limited budget that we can spend on a job”
Response - The Marketplace has many lower tier pricing options that will fit just about any budget. For instance, we have a LinkedIn offering for only £XXX.
Objection 3: Cost - “Is it more expensive than going directly to the job board”
Response - No, not by any means. Pricing for individual posts is not more expensive. As a matter of fact, <Partner> has partnered with VONQ to provide you this service. They buy these postings in bulk so in many cases, these postings are similar or slightly competitive compared to buying 1 job ad at the job board directly.
Objection 4: Word of Mouth / Referrals - “We get most of candidate through referrals”
Response: Referrals and word-of-mouth can be a great way to find candidates, but they're not always reliable or scalable. Our recruitment media platform can help you reach a wider audience and attract candidates who may not have heard of your company through referrals or word-of-mouth. Additionally, we can help you build your employer brand and increase your visibility in the market, which can lead to more referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations in the long run
Objection 5: I already have my own job board contracts
Response: Are all these job boards working for you? For all your roles? Why don’t you put a part of your budget in the marketplace to experiment with new job boards. Some of time might perform better for what you are currently doing.
Also, you might want to have less upfront commitments with job boards. You might under-using your contracts. Do you have credits left at the end of the year? If so, you might want to buy and pay for job boards, when you actually need them.
Objection 6: We already tried it once and it didn’t work
Response: It’s important to find the right advertising strategy for each role. Even if it didn’t get you the desired results, now you have the performance data to learn from and to help find channels that do work and optimize this over time. Certain types of jobs might be too difficult for job advertising, so finding what works and what doesn’t is part of the process.
