User Journey 1: Job Advertising during Job Creation & Publication Process
All jobs of a company are created and managed inside an ATS. An important part of the job creation process is a publication on the career website. As the publication on the career website is an official go for external candidates to apply, choosing to advertise the job via VONQ’s Hiring API (HAPI) is a logical step. Hence, the HAPI is most valuable when it is a standard step during the job creation process.
User Journey 2: Find advertising capabilities inside ATS
A user wants to find out what options there are for advertising inside their ATS. While browsing through the advertising options, the user is able to add channels and connect them to a job, which can lead to an advertising campaign.
User Journey 3: Advertise low-performing jobs
A user has X job published on their career page, but after X number of days, the user finds out that he/she doesn’t have the right applicants yet and/or no applicants at all. To increase the probability of finding the right candidate, a user is notified of this ‘bad’ result and gets incentivized to start advertising via VONQ’s HAPI.
User Journey 4: Set up your own contracted job board channels and add them to your campaign
This user journey describes the process of a customer who has existing job board contracts and wants to add these to its ATS and use them to distribute jobs on these own contracted channels.
