Refund policy as of June 2023
A full refund is appropriate if:

The job never posted / went live

The job is posted under the wrong company name/job title and not fixed within 48 hours (working days)

The job goes live 72 hours later than the provided SLA (Set Up + Processing Time) (working days)
A full refund is not appropriate if:

The customer / partner delivers incorrect information

The customer / partner delivers the job ad in the wrong language that is not supported by the job board

The ad is published but doesn't produce any clicks

Fraudulent payment (eg fake credit card) from customer
The HAPI Support team is responsible for deciding whether a partial refund is appropriate.
