Candidate data is only persisted when we need it to recover from a failed delivery. We retry against your webhook for up to 30 days; as soon as delivery succeeds, the retry data is no longer kept. If all retries fail over that 30-day window, the data is purged from VONQ — at which point recovery would require re-fetching from the originating job board (where supported).
