LinkedIn Job Posting is job slot based (Candidates will see your vacancy in: • Their homepage news feed • Mobile, in the LinkedIn.com and LinkedIn Job Search apps • Their email inbox • LinkedIn Jobs homepage and job search ). The price package will then establish how many times it will be featured, sent via email etc.

LinkedIn Job Promotion is a Pay for Performance package. Similar to the Job Posting but LinkedIn uses their algorithms to better adjust the promotion here.
Key Benefits:
Multiple options: Choose from two/three packages to meet different recruiting needs and budgets.
Continuity: The familiar features and services you value on LinkedIn remain the same. In essence, the type of posting is exactly the same as the "LinkedIn Job Posting" product.
Availability: These new products are available exclusively to VONQ customers without a direct Slots contract with LinkedIn.
Please refer to the product description for more information.
1. What is LinkedIn P4P?
This is LinkedIn's technology to allow customers to pay per click, rather than a fixed-priced job slot. As you know, our Job Marketing platform does not support per-click sales. To still support LI P4P and offer flexibility to customers, we offer various budget options. Just like with Indeed and Talent.com, etc., the customer pays a fixed price.
2. Why are we introducing these new products?
As you might know, our current "LinkedIn Job Posting" product is based on LinkedIn Job Slots. At some point in the future (TBD), LinkedIn wants agencies/resellers to move over to their P4P offering. Job slots will likely become a direct customer product only. VONQ introducing these new P4P-powered products is therefore a first step to transitioning from job slots to P4P.
3. What about customers with a direct Job Slots contract?
It's important to LinkedIn that P4P sales don't cannibalize their existing direct-customer sales. As such, their system automatically blocks any job from customers who have a direct contract with LinkedIn. This is a noticeable difference from our current "LinkedIn Job Posting" product. If you believe your customer is wrongfully being blocked from using this product, please flag it to your partnership manager. Because LinkedIn blocks on a company ID- level, there might be (sub-) teams at a customer that don't have their own (departmental) slots contract.
5. What about the combination product "Job Promotion + Sponsored Recruitment Ad"?
As you might have seen based on the name change, the combination product now also includes the P4P-powered product, rather than a slot-based posting.
6. Are these new products better?
The different price points do have a meaningful impact on the visibility (and thus performance) on LinkedIn. On average (YTD), we see a higher click ratio for the medium and large options than on the existing LinkedIn product.

LinkedIn Sponsored Recruitment Ad is a shared service VONQ provides. Our team then creates a sponsored ad that is shown to passive candidates in their feed. We create the visual and copywriting to match your customers brand, select the target audience and optimise.
