Connecting your existing job board contracts is fast and easy if you have the right information. The instructions below walk you through connecting a InfoJobs Italy contract to your MyContracts options.
The MyContracts setup process is similar for most job boards and the required fields will vary depending on the job board you choose to set up. Once you select the desired job board from the drop down, the page will automatically display the relevant instructions and required fields.
Connecting your InfoJobs Italy contract requires a multi-step process that includes requesting integration enablement(connection) for your Company from your point of contact at InfoJobs Italy, then entering your email and choice of "UnpublishProcess" in the form once your connection is confirmed. The steps below must be followed exactly in order to properly connect your InfoJobs Italy contract.
- You must have an active contract to advertise jobs on InfoJobs Italy. Before connecting your contract, email your point of contact at Infojobs.it to enable the integration (connection) for your Company.
- Begin typing in the search field for MyContracts within the ATS platform to find the job board you wish to set up.
- In this case, search for “InfoJobs Italy” and select it from the drop down.
- Once you select the desired job board, the page will automatically render the instructions and fields that are specific to that job board.
- Once InfoJobs Italy confirms your connection, you need to enter your respective credentials:
- Submit your email (the email to which the Infojobs.it contract is registered)
- Select your choice of the “UnpublishProcess” in the dropdown from the form.
- Once you have followed these steps, your integration is activated (assuming the credentials are correct) and you can begin posting jobs to InfoJobs Italy.
- Important - Any applications will have to be retrieved from within your InfoJobs account and will not be accessible from within your ATS account. This is due to Infojobs not supporting applicant redirects at this time.
- There are various optional fields that you can now use for managing your contract in MyContracts.
- Contract Alias allows you to give your contract a name.
- Contract Expiry allows you to set the date that your contract will expire.
- Purchase Price allows you to display the cost of the posting. This is informative for users, this does not result in a fee being charged.
- How Many Credits allows you to set the amount of posting inventory you have with a job board. MyContracts will track and display inventory in real time. This is not reconciled with job boards - if you post a job directly to a job board and not through MyContracts, the credit tracker will not track that.
