Connecting your existing job board contracts is fast and easy if you have the right information. The instructions below walk you through connecting an APEC API contract to your MyContracts options.
The MyContracts setup process is similar for most job boards and the required fields will vary depending on the job board you choose to set up. Once you select the desired job board from the drop down, the page will automatically display the relevant instructions and required fields.
Connecting your APEC contract requires a multi-step process that includes requesting access to Apec.fr and signing an ADEP protocol. APEC will then provide you with identifiers per user, and once the onboarding process is completed, with your “NumeroDossier” which you will have to submit in the form. The steps below must be followed exactly in order to properly connect your APEC contract.
- You must have an active contract to advertise jobs on Apec.fr. Before connecting your contract, email your point of contact at Apec.fr in order to sign an ADEP protocol and obtain identifiers per user.
- Send an introduction email to adep@apec.fr and ask to start the process of getting connected to Apec.fr. Please be aware that APEC needs a few weeks to set up the connection.
- Begin typing in the search field for MyContracts within the ATS platform to find the job board you wish to set up.
- In this case, search for “APEC” and select it from the drop down.
- Once you select the desired job board, the page will automatically render the instructions and fields that are specific to that job board.
- After you have completed the onboarding process you will receive a “NumeroDossier”. Enter your “NumeroDossier” associated with your Apec.fr account in the field “NUMERODOSSIER”.
- If you have already posted on Apec.fr before, please fill in your “NumeroDossier” in the form and click Submit. You can find the “NumeroDossier" on the Apec.fr portal under the “Mon espace” section, please look for the “Mon identifiant” APEC number.
- There are various optional fields that you can now use for managing your contract in MyContracts.
- Contract Alias allows you to give your contract a name.
- Contract Expiry allows you to set the date that your contract will expire.
- Purchase Price allows you to display the cost of the posting. This is informative for users, this does not result in a fee being charged.
- How Many Credits allows you to set the amount of posting inventory you have with a job board. MyContracts will track and display inventory in real time. This is not reconciled with job boards - if you post a job directly to a job board and not through MyContracts, the credit tracker will not track that.
