OPN Pricing
VONQ charges you a monthly fee based on the number of jobs processed by VONQ. The cost increases as more jobs are processed.
In addition to a monthly fee, there is a one-time set-up fee to connect your feed to the Organic Posting Network.
How does a partner need to deliver jobs?
Jobs need to be delivered through an XML feed. Please click on the link to review a sample feed with the mandatory and optional fields that VONQ needs in order to process your feed.
All fields in red are mandatory, whereas all fields in green are optional.
What are the taxonomies that should be used?
The list of taxonomies for various data fields can be found here.
What if not all fields and values can be supported by a partner?
This is not always a problem, depending on the fields. Please know that the fewer fields you deliver, the less likely the job will be accepted and published by the job board. VONQ is not responsible for this.
Can I provide a separate feed for each customer?
No. We need one URL with all the jobs that are to be published for all customers via the Organic Posting Network
How long should the jobs remain in the feed?
The jobs should remain in the feed as long as they are active (accepting applications). When a job is removed from the feed it will also be removed from job boards.
What information is required to support LinkedIn?
We need a LinkedIn Company ID. Please add this to the feed.
What is the Service Level Agreement for Organic Posting Network?
The Service Level Agreement for Organic Posting Network can be found here.

How long does it take for an approved XML feed to be connected?
If the feed is approved, it can take up to 2,5 weeks before it is connected to our systems, depending on the integration queue.
How long does it take for the jobs in the feed to be published on the job boards?
This depends on the job board. Most free job boards are integrated through XML. This means that the job board will, depending on the job board, will take our feed every 4 to 24 hours. The publication time will then depend on the particular job board.
As our feeds contain free job ads, it might be that the job board does not pick up the ads. VONQ doesn’t guarantee the actual placement of the jobs on (all) job boards.
Does the network accept all our customer's jobs immediately?
No, specific values delivered through your feed still need to be mapped. Our team checks all the mappings monthly and fixes any mapping issues. This will increase the job boards' acceptance rate.
How can I communicate to my customers that there is no guarantee that all their jobs will go live on LinkedIn Limited Listings?
LinkedIn validates every job posting. Please ensure that your LinkedIn Company ID and the Job location in your Job posting are set up correctly. There are several reasons why a Basic Job may not appear on LinkedIn:
- The job is already posted on your LinkedIn Page as a paid job via Recruiter, Job Wrapping, or the Job Posting widget.
- Please check the Jobs tab on your company's LinkedIn Page to confirm if the same job hasn't been published already.
- You may have opted out of job ingestion from any third-party site.
- Jobs posted on LinkedIn may be selected to undergo LinkedIn's jobs review process and must meet their guidelines as part of their commitment to professionalism and integrity. If jobs do not meet the guidelines, they may be marked as spam.
How can your customers' jobs still end up on other free job boards?
Just so you know, some free aggregators scrape public advertisements, so we can't promise this job will not be listed on those boards. This action ensures that we only push these ads to your select aggregators.

How does VONQ recommend OPN to be delivered to partner’s customers?

VONQ delivers click data every month.
In the report you can find:
Vacancies = Currently online on the channel

Source attribution is not possible per job board but only for the network as a whole. It is the partner's responsibility to add source tracking (UTM code in the application link).
