Connecting BfA Contract

Connecting your existing job board contracts is fast and easy if you have the right information. The instructions below walk you through connecting a BfA contract to your MyContracts options. 

 

The MyContracts setup process is similar for most job boards and the required fields will vary depending on the job board you choose to set up. Once you select the desired job board from the drop down, the page will automatically display the relevant instructions and required fields. 

 

Connecting your BfA contract requires a multi-step process that includes signing a convention with BfA and receiving credentials from them, and then entering those credentials. The steps below must be followed exactly in order to properly connect your BfA contract. 

 

  1. You must first sign a convention with BfA, after which you will receive credentials and a certificate from BfA.  

 

  1. Begin typing in the search field for MyContracts within the ATS platform to find the job board you wish to set up. 
    1. In this case, search for “BfA” and select it from the drop down. 
    2. Once you select the desired job board, the page will automatically render the instructions and fields that are specific to that job board. 

 

 

 

  1. Enter your respective credentials
    1. Upload your certificate file (.p12) by clicking the ‘Initialize Authentication’ button. Once you do this, the other fields will become available. 
    2. Enter your Supplier ID, Hiring Organization ID, and Allianz Partner Number in the respective fields. 
    3. Enter your Supplier Name in the free text ‘Supplier Name’ field. This is most likely your Company Name. 





  1. Once you have completed these fields, if they are correct your integration will be activated immediately.

 

  1. There are various optional fields that you can now use for managing your contract in MyContracts. 
    1. Contract Alias allows you to give your contract a name.
    2. Contract Expiry allows you to set the date that your contract will expire. 
    3. Purchase Price allows you to display the cost of the posting. This is informative for users, this does not result in a fee being charged. 
    4. How Many Credits allows you to set the amount of posting inventory you have with a job board. MyContracts will track and display inventory in real time. 
      1. This is not reconciled with job boards - if you post a job directly to a job board and not through MyContracts, the credit tracker will not track that.
