During the Implementation Process, one of the steps is to order a test campaign in Production that VONQ will reject, to confirm that you as the ATS receive the correct status update.
Depending on what payment methods you have enabled, you may have questions regarding how to ensure that you are not charged for this test.
- If you have Credit Card or Direct Debit enabled, the campaign will be rejected before billing occurs, and so your payment method will not be charged.
- If you only have the Wallet enabled, and must top up your wallet before placing an order, after VONQ rejects the campaign your funds will be returned to your wallet. From there, VONQ will return the funds from the wallet back to the card you used to top up the wallet. This process can take up to 10 business days to be returned to your card.
